Services

Curiosity Compassion Psychology provide individual and relationship counselling to adults. We also provide Employee Assistance Support (EAP) for staff, and Professional Supervision for psychologists and counsellors.

Therapy

Individual Therapy

With over 15 years of experience providing individual counselling to adults, I offer a warm and compassionate approach, grounded in research-informed and scientifically-validated therapies. Depending on your needs, our work together may focus on developing concrete strategies, building understanding, or processing distressing experiences. My aim is to create a safe and transparent space where you feel supported, so we can build on your strengths and resilience, working towards greater wellbeing and a deeper understanding of yourself.

Relationship Therapy

Our relationship therapy services support couples in navigating challenges and strengthening their connection. With over 10 years of experience working with couples, we draw on research-informed approaches including Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and polyvagal-informed therapy. Whether you are seeking to improve your relationship or move towards a healthy co-parenting dynamic, we provide a supportive and non-judgmental space to work towards your goals together.

Adjusting to Perimenopause & Menopause

Menopause brings a range of changes that can affect how you feel physically, emotionally, and in your relationships. Our menopause psychology services provide a supportive space to explore these adjustments, including changes to your body, sense of self, and connections with others. Using evidence-based therapeutic approaches, we work together to understand your unique experience and find strategies that fit your individual needs, helping you navigate this transition with compassion and understanding.

Board Approved Supervision

I provide board-approved supervision services for both provisionally registered and fully registered psychologists, drawing on extensive experience as a supervisor. I strongly believe in the value of supervision for professional growth and client care, and I actively engage in my own supervision, peer-supervision, and ongoing professional development well beyond minimum requirements. I am committed to fostering a supportive, reflective, and growth-oriented supervision environment.
